Just converting to metric, I get 5.95 mm. (That's 15 divided by 64, times 25.4) That means if you have a 6mm drill, it will produce a slightly oversized hole. That's a good fit.

I don't know if your inquiry is from Europe, or you have only metric tools. American hobbyists sometimes have access to "wire-size" drills, which use a totally different measurement system. Sorry I don't know the proper name for "Google" to do a search.

That measurement system may also produce a good match.
Your "mileage may vary" if you want an undersized fit.
