can you use black ez track with nickle silver ez track (gray) together (Both made by bachmann)

Having never stocked Bachmann EZ track in the shop I carn't answer this one sadly.

I would think it would be possible. I have never played with that sort of track but I believe the track width would be the same. You might have to do some slight modifications to join the track if the connections are not the same but you would think the only difference would be the track itself.

One more idea (to follow PB Polar Bear): since real track doesn't have obvious color-transitions, put your change of color in an inconspicuous place, like in a tunnel or behind a building. Then people probably won't notice. (Same rule as for any big change, like with-ballast changing to no-ballast.)

Not a problem sport.Same profile.Have discovered that my cheaper Model Power locos foul on the plastic sleepers.Need to put RP25 profile wheels on the locos.The steel track cleans quite well with white spirits on a cloth.Locos run very smoothly if you keep the wheels and track cleaned regularly.
