There are many suppliers of waterslide decal papers you can put through your printer, people such as craftycomputerpaper here in the UK do a wide range, they are just one of many. The paper tends to be expensive her in the UK at around £1.15($2.30US) on average per sheet.

They are very easy to use and most suppliers have comprehensive guide son their usage on their websites.
